(Cincinnati)--A woman must decide which five of her seven dogs must be removed from her home to comply with Fairfield’s two-dog limit.
Karen Glardon must comply with a nearly 30-year-old pet regulation that limits homes to two adult dogs. She has signed a settlement with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and had a Nov. 4 deadline to comply with the limit.
Glardon says she has Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis and that the dogs are therapeutic for her.
The northern Cincinnati suburb may not take any action in the case until Feb. 1.
