Motorcyclist Killed In Goshen Township Accident

(Goshen Township) A man is dead after a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Goshen Township Sunday afternoon. The State Highway Patrol in Clermont County reported crews were called to the scene near the intersection of Ohio Route 28 and Linton Road at about 1:45 p.m.  Troopers said the motorcyclist, 59-year-old John Bennett of Batavia, was riding in a group when it collided with a car. Officers said the car and motorcycle then crashed into an embankment. The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and was killed. The driver of car was taken to the hospital.
