(Cincinnati, Oh.)--A man is in custody after a Police standoff in Mt. Washington Sunday morning that started as a domestic dispute. The SWAT Team was called to a home in the 1800 block of Sutton Avenue around 4:30 a.m. Sunday. Several roads were blocked off in the area.

Police sais it began when a woman called 911 stating that she had been assaulted by the father of her child, 30-year-old Austin Graves, at an apartment in the 1800 block of Sutton Avenue. When officers arrived, Graves refused to allow police in to the apartment and told the woman not to open the door. Police said he was intoxicated at the time. SWAT units were called to help and apartments nearby were evacuated. Graves eventually gave up and was arrested. He'll face charges of Inducing Panic, Unlawful Restraint, and Domestic Violence when he's arraigned in court March 17.
