( Hyde Park ) - Cincinnati Police have released surveillance pictures of the person they believe spray-painted racist, homophobic graffiti outside of Withrow High School.
Police say the suspect, dressed in black, approached the school between 11:30pm and midnight on Saturday, January 21. He allegedly spray-painted a variety of racist, homophobic messages.
