(Campbell County) They want her trial moved out of Campbell County. Attorneys for Shayna Hubers have asked for a change of venue ahead of her retrial for the murder of her ex-boyfriend.
Hubers was convicted in the 2012 shooting death of Ryan Poston back in 2015, but was granted a new trial when it was learned one of the jurors was a convicted felon.
Attorneys are also asking that Hubers videotaped statement to Highland Heights Police be thrown out of the case.
