Soccer Stadium Discussion Between City, School

(Cincinnati, OH)  --  Cincinnati city and school officials agree there is no timetable to decide whether a soccer stadium will be built in the West End.

City Council and the school board said last night the proposal to replace Stargel Stadium with FC Cincinnati's 200-million-dollar stadium is not set in stone.

Officials want to make sure the stadium brings only positive impacts to the neighborhood and local workers before signing off on infrastructure funding.

Cincinnati is competing with 2 other finalists for an MLS franchise, Detroit and Sacramento. A decision might come after the start of MLS season in March.
