The Beavercreek WalMart shooting, doesn't this air rifle look pretty real?

The family says the shooting was unjustified, police claim Crawford waived the rifle in the air and refused to drop it when asked.

This is possibly the air rifle that Crawford was holding at the time of the incident. If you saw a guy waiving this around, would you think it was more than an air rifle?

Original story:

(Beavercreek) A special grand jury will review the case September 3rd. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is now investigating the police shooting of 21-year-old John Crawford, the Fairfield man killed inside the Beavercreek Wal-Mart.

An attorney for the family says surveillance video of the shooting shows it was unjustified. Police say they shot Crawford after he waived an air rifle at customers and refused orders to drop it.
