TAYLOR SWIFT'S "Red" is the #1 album on the "Billboard" chart for the second week in a row after selling another 344,000 copies. 

--That puts "Red's" total sales so far at nearly 1.6 MILLION, and it's overtaken ONE DIRECTION'S "Up All Night" as the second-biggest selling album of the year.  Only ADELE'S "21" has moved more albums in 2012 with 4.1 million.

--Rapper MEEK MILL took the runner-up slot this week with 165,000 copies of "Dreams & Nightmares" . . . and ROD STEWART rounds out the top three with 88,000 copies of his holiday album, "Merry Christmas, Baby".  Here's this week's full Top 10 . . .
