MILEY CYRUS went on Twitter to deny that she called off her wedding to LIAM HEMSWORTH . . . despite rumors that he cheated on her last month with JANUARY JONES.  Miley then Tweeted that she was taking a break from social media because it's "draining".  But a few hours later, she Tweeted, quote, "Not discussing anything but my music from now on."
