It's almost the one-year anniversary of the Miami FACE-EATING attack. Last May 26th, a guy in Miami was naked and high on bath salts, and tried to EAT A HOMELESS MAN'S FACE. Police shot and killed the guy who was doing the face eating, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene. The homeless guy, 65-year-old Ronald Poppo, somehow survived the attack. And they just released photos of what he looks like now. He ended up needing multiple surgeries, a lot of his nose is missing, and he was left permanently BLIND and disfigured. But he's living in a long-term care facility and his doctors say he's actually HAPPY and HEALTHY and not planning on having any more reconstructive surgeries.

34-year-old David Gonzalez recently bought an abandoned house in Elbow Lake, Minnesota for $10,100. David remodels and flips houses, and that was his plan here. The house had old newspaper instead of insulation, so he cracked into the walls to fix that. And sitting there with the old newspaper was a comic book…the most valuable comic book OF ALL TIME. David found a copy of Action Comics Number One from 1938, which is the first appearance of SUPERMAN. In mint condition, it's worth at least $2 MILLION. But this one wasn't in mint condition and its condition QUICKLY got worse after David found it. His in-laws saw it, got excited about it, and tried to grab it out of his hands. In the process, they TORE it which knocked about $75,000 off its value. The comic will still be EXTREMELY valuable though. It's being auctioned off online and the bidding is already up over $135,000 with about three weeks to go. That's ten times more than David paid for the house.

The "Iron Man" and "Dark Knight" trilogies have done something MUCH more impressive than making billions of dollars. They've managed to make superhero movies seem COOL to the LADIES. According to a new survey, 77% of women say superhero and comic book movies are great for dates…even FIRST dates. That's good news with "Iron Man 3" in the theaters now and new movies like "Man of Steel", "The Wolverine", and "X-Men: Days of Future Past" still coming out this summer. The survey also found the number one superhero men want to be is Iron Man. Not to judge but even though ROBERT DOWNEY JR. is cool, that's not a great pick since he doesn't have any super powers. Batman is second, Superman is third. Women said the male superhero they'd most like to date is Iron Man, followed by Thor and Wolverine.
