( Cincinnati ) Former Reds pitcher Tom Browning has been named Grand Marshal of this year's Oktoberfest Zinzinnati. 'Mr. Perfect" will lead the World's Largest Chicken Dance at 1:30pm on Saturday on Fountain Square.
