(Westwood)--Police say the crash happened around 4:45 am Monday on McHenry Avenue and Sunset Avenue. 35-year old Sheba Basabosa was driving a 2000 Honda Accord south on McHenry when she lost control, crossed the center line, and hit a family walking down the sidewalk. 31 year old Jocelyn Austin was walking her children to daycare when the car jumped the sidewalk. 3-year old Rodriguez Taylor was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital where he died from his injuries. 1-year old Ricardo Taylor was also taken to Children's but his injuries were not life threatening. The driver, Sheba Basabosa, has been charged with OVI. The accident remains under investigation.
