( Highland County ) - The Highland County Sheriff is asking for help finding a man who ran from the jail at 6pm on Monday.

Both Gerald Fletcher (pictured) and Robert Gibson ran while they were supposed to be taking trash to the dumpster during their kitchen work detail. Gibson was caught around 7:45pm on Selph Road near High Street just north of Hillsboro.

Fletcher is still on the run. He was being held in the jail for failure to appear in court based on an original charge of misdemeanor theft.
