( Colerain Twp ) - Thomas Fisher of Breedshill Drive is now facing a felony charge of illegal manufacture of explosives and three misdemeanor counts of child endanger. That on Tuesday after what the Hamilton County Sheriff describes as an ongoing investigation that started with a tip.

Detectives say Fisher was making the bombs and storing them the home he lived in with his wife and three children. 

The Hamilton County Hazardous Devices Unit was called in, and neighbors had to evacuate as a precaution. The house was cleared of all dangerous materials without incident.

Fisher is now in the Hamilton County Jail.
