Cincinnati City Council is expected to officially vote today on giving the city manager a raise and bonus. City Manager Milton Dohoney hasn't had a raise in five years. Council has peliminarily approved a 9 percent raise and a 35-thousand dollar bonus. That would put his salary at 255-thousand dollars. Ohio's Governor's salary is 145 thousand dollars. Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld says he doesn't agree with the raise while the city is facing 48-million dollars in debt. The preliminary vote was 6-3.
