A ruling is expected Friday in the child endangering case of Shawn and Joanna Blackston, the parents accused of locking their 12-yea-old daughter in a dirty basement for about a month over the summer.
Over three days, the judge heard from the alleged victim, investigators with police and Children's Services and Joanna Blackston, who denied the charges.
