Police are investigating what may have been a mugging in the parking lot of the White Castle restaurant in Cheviot. A man reports being robbed of cash then shot in the 32-hundred block of Harrison Avenue just before 9 last night. The victim got as far as the 49-hundred block of West North Bend Road before he called police to report the crime and get help.
