( Springfield, OH ) Using information about a cell phone and GPS coordinates, investigators tracked down Gerald Fletcher on Saturday. Fletcher had escaped with Robert Gibson on November 13 from the Highland County Jail while the two were taking trash to a dumpster while on kitchen detail.

Both fled on foot, but Gibson was arrested about two hours later. Fletcher was found with help from Springfield Police and the phone company and taken into custody on Saturday afternoon. Both now could face charges of felony escape.
