Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a New Richmond man to lose control of his car killing him last night. The Ohio State Patrol says at about 8:16pm 23-year-old Allen Barton Junior went off the right side of State Route 132 in Clermont County striking a mailbox, sideswiping a utility pole, ramping a driveway before rolling the vehicle. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators have not determined if alcohol was a factor. The accident remains under investigation.
