( Cincinnati ) 23-year-old Rober Matthews was arraigned on Friday morning on several charges, including drug trafficking, following an officer-involved shooting. Police say Matthews was in a car that struck an undercover officer's car on Wednesday, leading to a gunfight that left 19-year-old Dontez Oneal dead. Matthews is being held on $100,000 bond.
