( Elmwood Place ) - A call into the 700WLW Newsroom reported a truck at the intersection of Vine and Oak, doing something to the speed camera in that area.

Elmwood Place Mayor Stephanie Morgan says it's being moved because of complaints about high traffic volume in that area. The camera is being relocated one block west to the intersection of Highland and Oak.

The speed cameras have been controversial in the village. Many drivers complain they've been issued speeding tickets for no reason or for driving as little as one mile over the speed limit.
