( East Price Hill ) 76-year-old James Graham is in critical condition after being pinned by a delivery van on Wednesday morning. Police say Graham and another man were making deliveries for Manna Outreach, a food pantry service, in the 900 block of McPherson Avenue when the van began to roll backwards.

Graham tried to stop the van and was struck and fell to the ground. The van continued to roll on top of him, coming to rest on his chest. Several people helped lift the van off of Graham, who was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Investigators say speed and alcohol are not factors in the crash.
