( Fairfield ) ** Update 12-6-12, 10:30am ** Detectives have presented evidence to a Butler County Grand Jury that has led to all five suspects being indicted for murder, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. Joseph Goodin and Jerry Eacholes have also been indicted for having weapons while under disability. Court dates for trials have not yet been set.

The five suspects charged with aggravated murder in the shooting death of 19-year-old Julian Slaven will be in Fairfield Municipal Court on Thursday for hearings to determine what charges will be considered by a grand jury.

22-year-old Anthony Givens, 25-year-old Joseph Goodin, 26-year-old Jerry Eacholes, 19-year-old Misty Williams and 19-year-old Christia Frymire are all charged with aggravated murder. Police say Slaven was shot following a drug deal involving the five suspect that went bad at Slaven's Judy Drive home on November 24th.
