( Erlanger ) Police have released the name of a pedestrian struck and killed on Dixie Highway at Short hill Lane on Thursday night. 59-year-old Kathleen Moss of Erlanger was crossing Dixie Highway at about 6:30pm when she was hit by a car driven by 24-year-old Kevin Barker of Florence.

Moss was taken to University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. No charges have been filed against the driver and the crash remains under investigation.
