( Erlanger, Kentucky ) - Cincinnati-based Convergys, a customer management company, is hiring.

Tens of thousands of workers will be hired nationwide, and 350 of them are allotted for the Tri-State. Director of Public Affairs Krista Boyle says 100 jobs will be filled for the Convergys call center in Erlanger, and another 250 will be hired as work-at-home agents. "We offer great benefits including tuition reimbursement and health benefits, so hopefully there's a good match."
