( Cincinnati ) The Horseshoe Casino in downtown Cincinnati will open it's doors to the public on March 4. The Ohio Casino Control Commission granted that date on Wednesday. Construction that began in February of 2011 is in the final stages and officials say they expect final work inside to wrap up next month.

The Horseshoe Cincinnati is the final of four casinos in the state to open. One each in Toledo, Columbus and Cleveland are already operating. Cincinnati's casino will include table games, slots and restaurants including Margaritaville and Jack Binion's Steak.
