( Clermont County ) - 26-Year-Old Charles Jackson of New Richmond (pictured) was allegedly wearing a mask when he got into an elderly woman's house on Thursday afternoon.

The Clermont County Sheriff says Jackson tied up the 70-year-old woman (whose name and address are being withheld) with tape and wire before running off with some cash.

Investigators brought in a K9 unit, which led a track to Jackson. He's charged with aggravated burglary.

The elderly victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries from her wrists being wired and taped.
