(Cincinnati)--A 21-year old UC music major is using the court to keep some distance between her and her parents. Aubrey Ireland is a senior at UC who has successfully won a restraining order against her parents. She says that David and Julie Ireland would routinely drive 600 miles from Kansas to check up on their daughter in surprise visits. Ireland also says that her parents would often accuse her of using drugs and having sex. Ireland's parents have insisted that they are acting only out of love to protect their daughter.
