( Clifton ) Cincinnati Police have arrested the man they say is responsible for breaking into the Smoke Shop in the 2800 block of Jefferson Avenue on September 28. Investigators say 29-year-old Billy Mullins used a rock to break into the store and steal money from the register, along with tobacco products.

Mullins has been charged one count of breaking and entering and faces three similar charges in Reading.
