( Clifton ) The Cincinnati Fire Department's Fire Investigation Unit has released the names of two University of Cincinnati students injured in a fire early New Year's Day. 20-year-old Ellen Garner and 21-year-old Chad Kohls are both listed in critical condition at University Hospital. Both were rescued from the third floor of the home.
