(Milan)--Indiana State police say it's an Ohio woman and two teenagers that are to blame for the death of a Milan woman. On December 30th, 68-year old Nancy Hershman was found dead in her home by a relative. Police say that 22-year old Allison Moore and two teens from Colerain went for a drive in rural Indiana to find some empty houses to break into. Police say thats how they met Hershman face to face and shot her. The two teens are in juvenal custody and Allison Moore is being held in Hamilton County until formal charges can be filed in Ripley County.
