(Covington) Re-routing I-71 traffic off the Brent Spence Bridge and moving it to the Daniel Carter Beard Bridge is the plan Covington City Commissioner Steve Franks is backing. He says he's concerned about other plans that will heavily impact traffic flow and businesses in and around Covington. He says new roads will have to be built in the city and wants to know who's going to pay the tab. Frank says a special meeting will be held tonight at Covington City Hall at 6pm to discuss options for the Brent Spence Bridge Replacement project with Covington's new commissioners.
