( Cincinnati ) 35-year-old Darnell Dukes will be in court on Tuesday, charged with six misdemeanor counts of public indecency. Dukes turned himself into police on Monday, telling them he was the 'Hyde Park Flasher.' 

The flasher struck around dawn between 2010 and 2011 around Hyde Park and Oakley, targeting women joggers. Stepped up patrols and a police sketch of the suspect did not lead to any arrests and police say theu would likely still be looking, had Dukes not confessed.
