( Anderson Township ) Judge Fanon rucker has dismissed charges of public indecency against Anderson Township Trustee Kevin O'Brien. He made the ruling on Tuesday morning in reaction to a motion to dismiss filed by O'Brien's attorney. 

O'Brien had been charged following a woman's complaint in June of 2012, that O'Brien had touched her and exposed himself in her car after she gave O'Brien a ride to his home on May 13.
