( Cincinnati ) 22-year-old Allison Moore has waived extradition to Ripley County, where she will face murder charges in the death of 68-year-old Nancy Hershman. Moore was arrested at her home in Colerain Township and was being held in the county jail.

Two teenage boys are also being held. Investigators say Moore and the teens went to Hershman's home on December 30 in Milan and Hershman was shot during a struggle during a robbery.
