(Springfield Township)

A dead end road ended a police chase in Springfield Township. officers stopped 55-year-old Wayne Partlow for a traffic violation but he took off after he realized they smelled marijuana on him. He led police on a 4 mile chase from Northbend Road to Winton Hills and Bond Hill. Partlow was forced to stop on Catalina Avenue when the road ended. Partlow was taken into custody and is facing numerous charges.
