( Walnut Hills ) ** Update 1-11-13, 9:00pm ** Cincinnati Police have charged 29-year-old Omar Jackson with the death of Christopher Williams. Jackson is facing two counts of assault for shooting a second victim and shooting at a third person, but missing. Jackson is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

** Update 1-11-13, 5:00pm ** Police have identified the victim fatally shot at the Alms Apartments in the 2500 block of Park Avenue on Friday afternoon as 24-year-old Christopher Williams. The victim who was injures was taken to the hospital and expected to recover.

** Update 1-11-13, 2:00pm ** Following a double shooting in the 2500 block of Victory Parkway, police chased a blue Impala around the city and into Eden Park. The suspect crashed the car and then fled toward the Cincinnati Playhouse.

Portions of the park were blocked off as the suspect was finally taken into custody at about 1:45pm and officers searched the area for any other suspects. Police say one person is dead from the shooting, with another person injured.

At least one person was shot in the 2500 block of Victory Parkway at about 1:15pm on Friday afternoon. Police have given chase to an older model blue Impala.

There's no word on the extent of injuries to the victim.
