A man towing an RV on the back of his suv rear-ends a sub-compact near I-275 Northbound on Hamilton Avenue around 6pm last night. Timothy Kessling's Chevy Tahoe landed on top of a Ford Escort completely covering it and trapping the driver inside. Several other vehicles were hit as a result causing a six car pileup that took nearly five hours to clean-up. Kessling was charged with OVI and aggravated vehicular assault. The Ford Escort driver was critically injured and at last report his condition was stabilized.
