( Cincinnati ) Before she was charged with having sex with an underage student, former Ben-Gal cheerleader Sarah Jones was in the news for suing a website over rumors and comments left by users.

Jones won the suit, but it was against the wrong company. On Tuesday, the trial against TheDirty.com and its owner will begin in Covington. Jones is again seeking $11 million in damages.
