( Hamilton ) 21-year-old Michael Phillips has been arrested on two counts of felonious assault relating to a shooting incident Saturday morning in the 900 block of Main Street.
Police say a woman and her boyfriend were at the BP station when a friend asked them to go behind the building just after midnight. When they did, police say Phillips confronted them with a shotgun and fired several shots when the man ran away and also fired at the woman's car. No one was hit.
Police say 20-year-old Tyler Clontz has turned himself in to their custody Monday. He was arrested on a warrant, unrelated to the incident at
