(Cincinnati) Staying warm may become more expensive. There is talk that Duke Energy will increase rates for those looking to fight the cold weather. The company wants to boost electricity rates by 24 percent and gas rates by 18 percent.
The public can voice their opinion on the proposed rate increase at the following Public Utilities Commission hearings.
