This morning a mistrial was declared in the defamation case involving Sarah Jones, a former Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleader. The jurors were unable to reach a verdict. The trial was postponed until Friday morning because of the deadlock.

There were posts of Jones on Scottsdale, Ariz.-based thedirty.com saying that she had sex with all the Bengals players and had two sexually transmitted diseases. Jones wants $11 million from dirty.com's operator, Hooman Karamian for these posts. 

The defense attorney said there was some truth behind the posts because of Jones' character. Jones did admit to having sex with her underage student when she was a high school teacher.
