( St. Clair Township ) ** Update 1-26-13, 6:00pm ** Investigators say 55-year-old Sharon Bennett of Butler County was traveling south on SR 127 and failed to yield to an oncoming train at the crossing at about 3:15pm Saturday. The previously closed crossings have been reopened. The crash remains under investigation.

Several railroad crossings in Butler County are shut down after a train and car collided at the SR 127 crossing on Saturday afternoon. Police say a woman driver was injured in the crash.

The SR 127, Trenton Road, Augspurger Road and South Street crossing have all been shut down until further notice.
