( Middletown ) - Police say a traffic stop on Monday afternoon led to a meth lab and a suspect search.

About 3:30pm, officers tried to pull over a pickup truck with an active warrant on Brentwood Street. A man in that truck ran into a nearby house. 22-Year-Old Chelsie Peck was driving the truck. She gave police permission to search her home on Brentwood, and that's where they say they found a meth lab in the basement.

Peck is now facing charges. That male suspect is still on the run.
