(Downtown) -- Despite flurries and freezing wind chills, Thursday morning at the groundbreaking for a new office building, the city manager says Cincinnati is hot.
Milton Dohoney says dunnhumby USA employees are the creative class that is revitalizing the city. Right now, the company has about 650 people, but they plan to expand to 1,200 in the next five years.

Their new home at 5th and Race will help them grow, according to CEO Stuart Aitken. He says the building will eight stories, instead of the originally proposed 15 to 20 stories, because it fits their business model better. Aitken says there are no individual offices at the market research firm, and having a wide building is better for them, because workers are not separated by floors.
The final design of the building hasn't been released.
The building is expected to have a parking garage with a thousand spaces, along with 30,000 square feet of retail space, and 280,000 square feet for dunnhumby USA, which plans to grow to at least 1,200 employees.
