( West End ) Governor John Kasich will visit Cincinnati on Friday to hold a panel discussion on his education reform plan called "Achievement Everywhere." The plan will provide $1.2 billion in funding over the next biennium.

Kasich says that no school district will see their funding level decrease in 2014-15. He will be at Taft Information Technology High School at about 11:00am. He will also talk with our own Bill Cunningham at 12:33am.
