( North Avondale ) Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of 19-year-old Dashawn Wheeler. Wheeler was brought to Children's Hospital on January 30 in a private car and was pronounced dead a short time later.

25-year-old Lavon Oden and 18-year-old Curtis Boston have been charged with murder. Police say Wheeler was shot in the 900 block of Burton Avenue.
