(Cincinnati)- A Cincinnati man facing five counts of rape charges in Hamilton County and at least 20 federal charges of participating and producing child pornography will be in court today.
Police say 38 year old James O. Napier, of Winton Hills, molested an 11 year old infant, and sexually exploited a 9 year old girl.
Napier faces 15 to 30 years in prison if convicted of producing child pornography, each of the other crimes carry a sentence of five to 20 years in prison.
