( Hamilton ) - Firefighters were called to a house fire on Buckeye Street near North 10th on Friday afternoon. The building is a house from Habitat for Humanity that was about to go to people in need next week.

Crews say the fire apparently started in the basement and spread to parts of the living room, but there's no word yet on a cause. Damage is estimated at $25,000.
