(Hyde Park) Charges are dropped for a man who was accused of flashing female joggers in the Hyde Park area.
Before his trial was dismissed Monday morning, 35 year old Darnell Dukes of Avondale faced six counts of public indecency.
Since Duke already served 30 days of jail time, Dukes' attorney's motioned for dismissal.
Dukes' attorney's say if charges would have been filed against Duke, the maximum amount of jail time would have been 30 days, the amount of time of which he has already served since failing to post bond.
Dukes was accused of indecent exposure between August and October of 2011 in the Hyde Park area, according to police.
Reports have been made on a simliar situation in 2012. Prosecution may file additional charges on recent incidents of flashing in the Oakley area, according to police.
